Beyond Birth: Nourishing the Mother
A space to think about you and the early weeks after birth.
Pregnancy is a lot to think about.
There are appointments, birth plans, outfits to wash, hospital bags, feeding choices and a thousand things to prepare for.
Then there is postpartum.
It can be easy for the weeks after birth to stay somewhere in the background while so much of your attention is focused on getting ready for your baby.
This workshop is a space to pause and think about what comes next without adding another list of things you need to get right.
Together, we'll explore nourishment, recovery, support and the practical realities of those early weeks, so you can consider what might help you feel more cared for as you move into motherhood.
Date: Sunday, September 13, 2026
Time: 10am to 12pm
Location: Centre Saulestice, Montreal
Price: $ 75 CAD per person
